Virginie Gonella

Virginia is Counsel at Ogier, Luxembourg. Virginie advises major private equity clients including institutional clients, top tier private equity houses, investment funds, small and medium-size companies and high net worth individuals on the establishment and financing of regulated and unregulated alternative investment vehicles and also on the structuring of cross-border acquisitions. She has specific knowledge and experience in various regulatory matters and regularly advises financial industry actors on their licensing process. Prior to joining Ogier, Virginie worked in a top tier Luxembourg law firm focusing on alternative investment funds. Virginie graduated with a Master in Business Law and a Master in International Trade Law from the University of Nancy in France. Virginie is qualified in Luxembourg and speaks French and English.
