Press release from Conyers on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

Conyers is pleased to announce that Jonathon Milne, Partner in the Litigation and Restructuring department of the Cayman Islands office, completed the rigorous Global Insolvency Practice Course and is now recognised as a Fellow of INSOL International.

Admission to the INSOL Fellowship programme is limited and highly competitive, with participants from around the world. The Global Insolvency Practice Course involves various written and oral examinations, including case studies and intensive simulation exercises.

“Jonathon is a recognised expert in cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters,” said Alex Potts QC, Partner and Head of the Cayman Islands Litigation and Restructuring practice. “He received recent accolades from leading industry publications, such as Global Restructuring Review and INSOL World.”

Milne is the latest Conyers lawyer to become a Fellow of INSOL International, and Conyers is pleased to continue its membership in INSOL International’s Group of 36 (G36), having first joined in 2016. The G36 is one of the primary vehicles for INSOL International’s efforts to promote and develop the legal landscape for cross-border insolvency and corporate reorganisation.
