GREECE: Greece adopts digital tools to tackle tax evasion

Major changes are expected in the use of digital means to address tax evasion, Minister of National Economy and Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis said in his speech at the 6th International Conference of the Economic Chamber of Greece earlier this week.

“The use of digital media in tackling tax evasion is an important success story of the Greek state. This is a very great achievement, which should not be lost. And in the coming period you will constantly see major changes in this area,” he stated.
